From Your Lender: Your lender or mortgage broker will forward the mortgage instructions directly to us.
Once all required documents are received, we will open and prepare your file.
After the file is complete, our office will schedule an in-person signing appointment with one of our conveyancing lawyers.
During the signing appointment, you’ll be walked through each document, with a clear explanation of the content, risks, and obligations.
Your Real Property Report (RPR) will be reviewed, and any concerns will be addressed before closing.
