Row houses showed mixed signals—healthy sales but a slight price dip of -0.39% year-over-year—while apartment prices softened further, down -1.11% YoY and -0.09% MoM, indicating continued balance or caution in that category.
With benchmark prices rising in most property types and inventory moving efficiently, Calgary’s inner-city market remains attractive for both buyers and investors.
